CHRISTOPHER J. KANE, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Mr. Kane grew up in Oregon and obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics from Portland State University in 1991. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in 1994 and became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 1995. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in the State of Oregon.

Mr. Kane has represented hundreds of individuals and small businesses in many areas of the law in both state and federal courts, including Social Security disability law, landlord/tenant relations, employment law, consumer protection law, estate planning, business entity formation and consulting, and bankruptcy. He worked as an associate attorney at Snyder & Associates, a prominent bankruptcy law firm, for approximately 4 years before he and Claudia Cullison formed Cullison & Kane in 2005. Mr. Kane runs the Eastside office, representing clients in the areas of bankruptcy, business law, and estate planning.

 

CLAUDIA CULLISON, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Ms. Cullison earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College and became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 1991. She is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in the State of Oregon. She is also a registered nurse in the State of Oregon.

Ms. Cullison has represented hundreds of individuals and small businesses in bankruptcy proceedings. She also provides pro bono services in animal law matters and is very involved in animal protection advocacy. She worked as an attorney for Snyder & Associates for approximately 4 years before she became a solo practitioner in 2001. In 2005 she and Mr. Kane formed Cullison & Kane. Ms. Cullison runs the Westside office and focuses primarily on the representation of clients in bankruptcy proceedings.
